- Questions about a request you paid for. Reply to any email from us, or write to the address above with the property address. We will tell you which builders have responded and what comes next.
- Refunds. If fewer than half of the builders you selected respond with a quote or a site visit, write to us and we refund the full amount to the card you paid with.
- A project page that is wrong. Send the address and what needs correcting. Everything on a project page comes from a public permit, so we can only change what the record supports, but we will look.
Builders
- Claim your profile. Use the “Claim this business” button on your profile page, or email us your CSLB license number.
- Something on your profile is wrong. Send your license number and the permit number involved.
